"Philosophy, religion, and science are the Knights that have fought a great battle: the lifting of the veil of the unknown" The previous phrase, whose author is the writer and contemporary philosopher, Karim El Koussa, I find very interesting. For some time I have been interested in the writings of the Pope Jean Paul II, and in the encyclical of Veritatis Splendor, I found the following: "There exists the right of being respected for ones own search for the truth which is both a moral obligation and burden for us to look for the truth and then to follow it once it is known." (1) I do not try to compare the sayings by both authors, nevertheless, another encyclical of Jean Paul II says that: "Behind all the schools and systems of thought devised by philosophers and behind the worldly expressions: experiences, culture and traditions, with which the man looks to give form to his "own philosophy" is desire to reach the certainty of the truth and it's absolute value." (2) It is for the reflection, especially in these times, when the appearance of paladines welds personal truths, principally through the communication of mass media.
